Visiting our studio

Planning a visit? Here is everything you need to know to find us and make the most of your time at our Causeway Bay location.

Getting here

Our studio is located at 501 Hospital Terrace, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. The nearest MTR station is Causeway Bay (Exit F), approximately a five-minute walk. Several bus routes stop along Percival Street, which is less than two blocks away. If you are driving, there is metered street parking on Hospital Terrace and a multi-storey car park at the nearby Times Square complex.

What to expect on arrival

When you arrive at the building, take the lift to the fifth floor. Our reception area is directly ahead as you exit. Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled session so we can get you settled, test microphone levels, and walk you through the studio layout. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee are available in the lounge area.

Preparing for your recording session

We recommend wearing soft, non-rustling clothing to minimise fabric noise during recording. If you plan to bring notes, printed pages are quieter than a tablet or laptop keyboard. Avoid heavy meals or dairy products immediately before your session, as these can affect vocal clarity. Most importantly, relax — our engineer will guide you through the technical side so you can focus entirely on your content.

Accessibility

The building is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp at the ground-floor entrance and a lift serving all floors. Our studio control room and recording booth are on the same level with no steps. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know in advance and we will make every accommodation we can.
