Is there a minimum contract period?
No. All our plans operate on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel or downgrade at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. We believe our work should earn your continued business, not a contract clause.
What if I need more episodes than my plan allows?
Additional episodes beyond your plan limit are charged at a per-episode rate that we will agree on when you sign up. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the next tier at any point during the month, and we will prorate the difference.
Do you offer discounts for annual payment?
Yes. If you choose to prepay for twelve months, we offer a 15 percent discount on the Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise clients receive custom pricing that already reflects volume commitments, so the annual discount does not apply separately.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and the cost difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to ensure continuity of any work already in progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and FPS. Enterprise clients may also arrange purchase-order billing with net-30 terms upon credit approval.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees for the Starter or Professional plans. Enterprise engagements that involve custom integrations, bespoke branding packages, or dedicated infrastructure may carry a one-time onboarding fee, which will be outlined in your proposal.
